B24 I Am the Vine, John 15:1-8, Fifth Sunday of Easter

Jesus is the vine. You are his branches. You have leaves and bloom because of the food you get from him. The water and nutrients each branch needs comes from him. Just ask Jesus for what you need. It will be given to you so that you can bear much fruit for God, the Father. Bearing fruit means doing good things for God.
