"Pay to Caesar what is Caesar's." That means give to your city, county, state, and country the taxes they ask.
"Pay to God what is God's." This means you should give a part of what you make to God. He gives it back to you three times over. If you give one quarter, you get back an amount worthy three quarters or seventy-five cents. You can't beat that for a bargain!
