A24a I Glorify You, John 17:1-11, Seventh Sunday of Easter Copyright © 2008 Joan Y. Edwards. All Rights Reserved. www.joanyedwards.com⁄ Jesus glorified God by doing everything God asked him to do while he was living on earth. Glorify means to honor. You give honor to God by offering everything you do as a gift for him. Get up without fussing in the morning. Make your bed. Tie your sister's shoe. Pour milk for your brother's cereal. Take out the trash for your Mother. Rake leaves for your Father. Whatever you do, say, "I am doing this for you, God." This will indeed glorify God the father. He will say, "I am very proud of you, my child."
