Children are the newest generation in a family. In your family,
you, your parents, your grandparents, and great grandparents are different
generations. When
Say the Our Father.
Ask God to bless your family. Bless your Mother that she might have
patience to teach you right from wrong.
Bless your Father that he might take time to spend with you and teach
you the ways of God. Bless your brothers
and sisters that they might realize that with God you don’t have to
compete. God accepts each one of us as
we are and helps us get stronger and stronger through him. Bless your grandparents and great grandparents
that they may have someone to care for them when they can no longer care for
themselves.
“Our
Father, who art in Heaven,
Hallowed be Thy name.
Thy kingdom come.
Thy will be done,
On earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day, our daily bread.
And forgive us our trespasses,
As we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation, but deliver
us from evil. Amen.”
